• First, we will determine the optimum throughput process based on volume and degree of difficulty of the finished part.
• Upon reaching agreement with the customer on the best process, we will assemble the required equipment in a cell. (The cell may consist of new equipment or the redeployment of existing equipment).
  

Once we have proven out our process, our customer benefits in several ways including favorable cost and well-controlled quality. In most cases, Trace-A-Matic manages inventory levels and releases finished product to the customer as needed.
