When your part configuration calls for horizontal machining, the choices at Trace-A-Matic are all-encompassing.

Our Mazak FH Series Horizontals [as shown at top right] provide high accuracy, high-speed work cubes - ranging from 31” x 31” x 34” on the FH6000 up to 67” x 55” x 55” on the FH10800. All have pallet shuttles and rotary tables that can do full contouring.

Our Yasda YBM-90N offers 47 x 118” travels and full contouring capability. This is a super accurate machine. Notable customers in the food processing and medical equipment industries come to Trace-A-Matic for the tight accuracy they require in their products.

Our Mazak YMS-50 is a large capacity machine that would give you 78” x 255” travel for your longer parts. It provides 50hp for heavy stock removal.

Our Kuraki KBT-13’s [as shown in bottom right] offer travels of up to 90.s” x 118” x 51”. These are capable of full contouring and are highly accurate machines, which maintain their capabilities through our comprehensive preventive maintenance program.

Our smaller Kuraki KBM-11’s have 39” x 39” x 27.5” capacity which provides an excellent option for parts in that size range.
