Trace-A-Matic offers an extensive array of CNC Machining Centers to meet your subcontract machining needs. We have Turner CNC centers that will handle parts up to 32” diameter and 156” long. We have CNC horizontal machining centers that will accommodate parts up to 150” x 240”. These are well suited for large component machining. Our CNC VTL’s will handle the turning of parts up to 92” in diameter. In many areas we’ve paired pieces of CNC machining equipment together to facilitate throughput and cycle time productivity. Our ongoing efforts in adapting lean manufacturing techniques have proven very successful here, yielding optimized processes for our customers in a job shop environment.
