Experience: +5 years of experience (preferred) in an equivalent manufacturing role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in engineering or technical field.
Skills: Strong manufacturing skills, CADCAM knowledge, blueprint reading skills (including GD&T), strong communication, and leadership.
Essential Duties: Lead/drive New Job Start-Up (NJSU) Groups delivering First Article Inspection (FAI) parts on time, meeting customer expectations, technical requirements, developmental budgets, and profitability of ongoing production.Daily Activities:
