Our machine operators are highly skilled at producing machined custom parts from aluminum and its alloys. The proper cutting tools, spindle RPM, cutting edges, chip load, depth of cut, radial depth, axial depth are critical. Also, tooling designs, feed rates, radial engagement, material removal rate, and cutting force are essential to reducing heat, maintaining the thin walls of castings, and prolonging tool life.
